Lars has been in real estate for 22 years, for many years he was chief marketing officer for a large number of brokerages and he was responsible for more than 50 offices nationwide in Norway. Later on he launched an agency specialised in real estate marketing and within the last 10 years he and his team has been involved in more than 30 000 real estate transactions in Norway, United states and Spain.

Lars main focus has been to help agents sell more properties, and he has been involved in transactions from lower priced rentals up to ultra-luxury $75 000 000 properties for sale. He has extensive experience in real estate marketing and he has helped 100s of agents succeed in the real estate industry. Lars has also been involved in the marketing of some of the largest residential buildings in Brooklyn, New York, where at one point he and his team delivered more than 800 unique 360 renderings for one single project.

Lars role on the team is to be directly involved in the branding and sales of properties worldwide applying his background from marketing, neuroscience and leadership development to his everyday work life.

Over a decade experience in the real estate industry with over 500 transactions, he is an expert on pricing, negotiation and closing. As a licensed real estate agent, property investor, manager and developer he has first hand knowledge of the nuances of the local real estate market in Barcelona.
